爵士舞成人課程採用紐西蘭Jazzaddict australasia syllabus (New Zealand),課程教授基本爵士舞技巧,配以編舞的方式學習及加強爵士舞技巧。

成績優異者可參加由本校提供的2020年度爵士舞公開考試機會。

Aerial Stretch are stretches and poses, it helps release stress from body and mind by using Aerial silk hammocks. We’ve turned exercise upside down by using suspended hammocks. You’ll get all the benefits but with the added ability to hold challenging postures longer allowing your joints to decompress.

Stretching 拉筋

課程主要深入地運用拉筋動作及伸展動作放鬆肌肉及身體。舒緩痛症。適合長期坐在室內工作的工作人士。

Stretching can also motivate better work performance and de-stress. It is not very time consuming and it also does not require much effort, which is why it can be a little tough for most people to believe that stretching does wonders for your body and its health.

Barre Workout

Barre workouts use a combination of postures exercise inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga and Pilates. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.

強勁音樂節拍,學員跟着導師舞動身體,透過舞蹈及音樂從而達到瘦身效果,亦可從中獲得樂趣。
